Wellness at Work has grown in so many ways since the company was
founded in 1996, some people are now confused by the name. Marilyn Kier,
the company's founder, doesn't think the name is confusing at all. "Our
services have grown to meet our clients' needs. Wellness at Work
is a company that helps clients achieve total wellness. We'll work with
you at your office providing on-site corporate massage, at our office
with therapeutic massage and work in conjunction with your medical team
to administer the prescribed therapeutic bodywork."

Kier,
a nationally certified massage therapist who has a BA in psychology, spent
15 years working in employee benefits consulting before she switched gears
and became an employee benefit. She founded Wellness at Work after
graduating from a 730 hour program at the Wellness and Massage Training
Institute.

Over the years,

While growing her corporate business, Kier has also grown her Northfield
office, where she and other certified professionals provide a variety
of therapeutic massage services to individuals suffering from chronic
pain, stress and specific illnesses. As medical massage professionals,
Wellness at Work's therapists have taken extensive continuing education
and welcome referrals from physicians and other medical practitioners.
In the same way, we provide appropriate referrals to clients who trust
us to guide them to qualified professionals.

When asked to describe the company's mission Kier responds, "We have
always been committed to helping clients achieve total wellness. We will
continue to grow in the ways that make sense as we work towards that goal."
